#8920

Since his wife has died, wouldn’t some money for her upkeep and any maids be available for the new squire?

#8921

Actually yes - you can free up £1.10s per year (So this years income was £3.10s) and cover the new squire, however, without a wife you will need to hire a majordomo, at £1, so when it all comes out, your income this year was £2.10s, and you may add an additional 10s to your treasury/spending

#8922

Stable Rolls

Cynian
4d20: 6 + 12 + 8 + 8 = 34

Vonnes
5d20: 13 + 16 + 2 + 3 + 14 = 48

Ryia
2d20: 13 + 4 = 17

Edric
2d20: 1 + 18 = 19

#8923

Merrick, since he has an extra squire, will pull a Rouncy from Burcombe if he is pulled up on an adventure.

I think I am caught back up…

#8924

Next up is Family rolls - does anyone want to get married this winter? Do any of you try for a child (or have lustful 16+) and family survival and event rolls please!

#8925

(Very much dreading this considering the rest of the Winter phase so far…)

Family & Child Rolls

Owain & Violette
d20: 8 for Childbirth (Table 2)
d20: 11 for Child Survival
d20: 16 for Morvan’s survival to Age 4

Valens & Kyra
d20: 13 for Childbirth (Table 1)
d20: 15 for Child Survival

Family Events
d20: 1
d20: 10
d20: 10

#8926

That’s twins for Valens and Kyra I believe, so another d20: 7 for child survival

#8927

(Using the follwoing 1d6 - Odds are Male, 1-3 is aptitude)

Child 1
2d6: 1 + 6 = 7

Child 2
2d6: 1 + 6 = 7

#8928

Identical rolls - fitting for twins I guess! A pair of unknightly boys for Valens.

The family event roll of a 1 means a death in the family I believe…
:skull:

#8929

There are no candidates from your family tree to die, the result was brother, but Owain hasn’t got a non knightly brother, looking across to cousin, they are all knights - uncles, children of pk’s - so let’s look at Violette’s family - her brother dies.

#8930

Violette was family less (as far as I was aware) after Robyn died…?

(I would be ok if Brinley died - he must be pushing into mid-40s now…)

#8931

Yes, you are correct - Brinley it is!

#8932

Some family tree alterations coming up…

Valens’ twin boys are Isell and Melkin.

Tisbury Family Tree.pdf (153.1 KB)

#8933

(Way back when I generated Valens, his hierloom was “His father holds £25 of Roman coins.”
Is that hoard now accessible to his heirs?)

#8934

Yes it is!

I see
