Poorly described plots (seven words or fewer)

#4161

Superman? (the movie)
Sorry, I had to say it. He had some issues figuring out the Fortress of Solitude after all.

EDIT: May also apply to Deathtrap if substituting Christopher Reeves for Superman

#4162

Correct on both counts!

So obviously wrong :stuck_out_tongue:

#4163

I know, I just had to put those out there!

#4164

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

I mean Nicolas Cage was nearly Superman, and had trouble with that Rubik’s Cube

#4165

I generally make a rule not to watch Nicholas Cage movies, after GhostRider.

So sorry, no

#4166

Rat race?

#4167

About to be sleep time here, will post clues tomorrow if no-one has it by then

#4168

Ok, clue time. The puzzle has a spatial element.

#4169

Hellraiser?

I’ve never seen this movie.

#4170

I also haven’t seen hellraiser. So probably not.

#4171

Only probably? :stuck_out_tongue:

#4172

Well, it is possible that my clues were so awesome a fit that I would have to agree.

#4173

I’m drawing a total blank here. Any chance of another clue?

(My thinking on this one has got increasingly convoluted and abstract. I almost suggested Magic Mike because, Channing Tatum voices Superman in the Lego movies, and stripping could be considered a sort of spatial puzzle, from a certain point of view…)

#4174

Me too, @adrian .

We need a genre, era, or major lead (assuming @skeletor didn’t accidentally nail it with Magic Mike, which would be awesome).

Superman etc.
Deathtrap
Spider Man . . . well any of them
Hellraiser

Also, I’d have to say that the clue’s expired, it’s been a few days.
But like the milk, there is a little flexibility before it’s sour. (I wouldn’t trust it, though).

#4175

Ok, I’m surprised thought it would be pretty obvious. Prepare to lace up big boots to kick yourselves with.

It’s a movie, it has (sort of) been remade in the last few years.

#4176

This is the refrain of this game. “Easy one!” Nope.

#4177

How about a Homophonic clue?

It can’t get any easier than that.

#4178

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan ?

#4179

Hoorah! You win a 3D chess set!

#4180

New plot:

Teens borrow car. Damage it after returning.
